The Service Department handles all calls for any system failures, whether it is as small as a single telephone or as large as an entire system down. CT Solutions response times on system failures are as follows:
  • 4 hours on any major system failure
  • 24 hours on any minor system failure

Major system failure is defined as when at least 50% of the system’s phones or at least 50% of the system’s lines are not functioning. A down voice mail system is also considered a major system failure.

The service department has a technician on call twenty four hours per day, seven days per week, three hundred and sixty five days per year. A quick, responsive, well trained service department is essential, and CT Solutions takes pride in the team that we have put together.
