Business Communication SupportThe service department handles all calls for any system failures, whether it is as small as a single telephone or as large as an entire system down. CT Solutions response times on system failures are as follows:
Two hours on any major system failure
- Twenty-Four hours on any minor system failure
Major system failure is defined as when at least 50% of the system’s phones or at least 50% of the system’s lines are not functioning. A down voice mail system is also considered a major system failure.
